 I am certified in traditional hatha yoga and have found my true path teaching pre-natal yoga. There seems to be this undeniable connection that I have within myself when engaged with a pregnant woman. It inspires me.
In addition to my yoga classes, I am studying to become a doula (which is a greek word that roughly translates to “woman servant”). She is basically there for the mother for things such as emotional, mental and physical support throughout, during and after her pregnancy. It is something I absolutely believe in and can't wait to be a part of.
